The Light That Followed Me Home 🇨🇭🇮🇹🇧🇻

It was on the journey home that I understood it:

That something from Pagani Pens had settled in me like a quiet light – a light that needed no words, only a heart open enough to feel it. The line at Malpensa moved like a slow river of people and metal. People sighed, shifted, looked down at their phones. And then – completely quiet, completely unexpected – came the question from two places behind me: Where have you been? Maybe they saw my shirt. Because who else but me walks through an airport wearing a shirt that carries the name Prodirkongen.com as a small smile across the chest? Maybe that was what made them curious – a glimpse of a universe they didn’t know, yet somehow felt drawn toward.

And while we stood there, in the middle of the line, I felt that the day in Paradise wasn’t over. It had simply changed location. What had begun in the factories – in the machines that sang, in the hands that shaped, in the warmth from Rossana – found a new place in this airport queue. It was as if the universe I had stepped into didn’t want to let go. It wanted to continue. It wanted to be shared. It wanted to live. A small question, almost nothing. But inside me it opened like a gate, as if someone touched a string already trembling. The conversation grew, warm and unexpected, right there in the noise of travel.

We talked about the Paradise, about the day in Novazzano, Cadempino and Lamone, about the machines that sing, about the hands that shape, about the ink that flows like a quiet river through everything precise and everything human.Time disappeared. Two hours, maybe more. I only know that the world around us softened, as if we were standing inside a room of warmth no one else could see. And as we talked, I felt it again – that deep, quiet joy that lives in me. The joy of form, of history, of every pen that carries a small piece of life. The joy of my collection, of the hunt, of the small treasures waiting in the shadow of a factory wall or in a box sent from far away.

And in the middle of this warm wave of words and presence, it felt completely natural to share a bit of my own richness: I gave them each a Prodirkongen pen, the exclusive Prodir QS01 – the flagship, bought in 2019. A small treasure from my own story. A pen that doesn’t just write, but carries a glimpse of the universe I live in. Because most of all: The joy of passion spreading. That even strangers can feel the warmth of something they have never held in their hands. That a small spark of what I carry can be lit in others. And behind all of this lay the strongest feeling of all: The meeting with Rossana was like a soft warmth that settled around my heart and stayed there. She met me with a calm and a warmth that made something inside me soften completely. I felt a deep gratitude – to her, to Marco, to Alessandro, to Thomas – to all those who had opened the doors to the Paradise for me.

For she was the one who had read my letter. She was the one who gave the green light for me to come. She was the one who met me with a calm and a warmth that made something inside me soften completely. I also gave Rossana a Prodirkongen pen – one of my own treasures. And I saw it: It lit her up. A quiet joy, a genuine response. And when I later noticed that she had placed the pen in a stand on her desk, I felt it like a small, warm strike of gratitude. As if something of me had been given a place in there.❤️ Then I understood: What is created in the three factories – in Novazzano, Cadempino and Lamone – never stops living when it leaves production. It travels on. In pockets. In hands. In stories. In conversations that arise in an airport queue, far from everything, yet close to the heart.

And in the middle of all this, I knew one thing with a clarity both soft and strong: This journey to the Paradise, I will never forget. I will carry it with me for the rest of my life.

  1. Franco FORTUNATO

Sempre piĂą in alto !! Bravo Erling !
